Thank you for shopping with Gioventx. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
GioventX offers 100% Money Back Guarantee or replacement on any item that is defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt of delivery.
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of notification of the defective, damaged or incorrect product coming into your possession.
Our 100% Money Back Guarantee: GioventX reserves the right to refuse a refund is we believe there has been false, misleading, or fraudulent claims. We can refuse a refund if the product is not returned to us for inspection and if we believe the content has been tampered with or the recommended storage or use-by guidelines were not followed. Where genuine claims are made that the product does not meet the expectation of our customers, we will issue a refund to the full purchase amount (including postage) for the individual item within 24-48 hours depending on your payment source. We reserve the right to restrict customers from repurchase of the same item in future.
Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Please provide proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Australian Consumer Law
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind
- Refunds will not be given on change of mind; GioventX does not have a ‘change of mind’ policy. We are not obligated to offer replacement or different product in this instance.
- Refunds will not be given on the basis of: finding the product cheaper elsewhere, purchasing cheaper from our stockists, late delivery or delivered outside recommended time frame.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required by law.

- We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
