Gioventx Shipping Policy (Australia)
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. If you are located outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us at gioventxaustralia@gmail.com to discuss possible arrangements.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (metro areas)
Delivery times may vary for regional or remote locations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, public holidays).
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: $13.00 (free for orders over $100)
Shipping fees are flat rated and calculated at checkout. Shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order via the carrier’s website. in the event tracking information is not available, you will still receive an email stating when the day/time your order was fulfilled and shipped.
Authority to Leave
By default, all parcels require a signature on delivery. If you wish to provide authority to leave your parcel unattended, please specify this in your order notes. Gioventx is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if you opt for authority to leave.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gioventx is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at gioventxaustralia@gmail.com
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For special requests, please contact us directly.
