Cleanse the face and whack it on, use your fingers to evenly distribute the mask from nose outward.
Literally that simple.
Leave the sheet mask on for as long as you like, usually 10-20 minutes does the trick, rub the remining gel into your face. You can apply a serum or cream on afterwards if you wish.
