NDIS & Aged Care Provider Enquiries
GioventX | Aged Care & NDIS Provider Invoicing Policy
1. Provider Invoicing
GioventX welcomes invoicing enquiries from Aged Care providers, NDIS providers and community care organisations purchasing products on behalf of their clients or participants.
As a nurse-led skincare brand, GioventX offers 100% natural skincare products with clearly labelled ingredients, developed to complement individual skincare routines and personal care preferences.
2. Clinical Considerations & Participant Choice
We encourage registered nurses and clinicians to consider individual skincare preferences when undertaking comprehensive clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans.
Skin integrity and personal skincare requirements should be considered in the context of each participant's underlying health, including chronic disease management, autoimmune conditions, sensitive skin, allergies, treatment-related skin changes and other individual concerns.
Participants may prefer natural or herbal skincare alternatives, particularly where sensitivities to ingredients in conventional products are a concern.
Nurses may advocate for appropriate skincare options within their clinical recommendations, taking into consideration the participant's individual needs, preferences and existing health conditions.
All GioventX skincare products are cosmetic products, not medicated treatments. They are intended to complement personal skincare routines and support individual skin integrity preferences, not replace prescribed treatments or clinical management.
3. Culturally Appropriate Products & Meaningful Engagement
GioventX recognises the importance of cultural identity, recreation and meaningful engagement in maintaining wellbeing.
Selected non-skincare products, including books, colouring resources, puzzles, word searches and supportive technology, may be considered where they support an individual's interests, cognitive engagement, cultural preferences and functional abilities.
These resources may be particularly beneficial for individuals living with neurodiversity, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions.
Registered nurses may include appropriate recommendations in their clinical assessments where these resources support individualised care and meaningful participation.
Decorative trinkets, jewellery and general gift items are excluded from provider invoicing recommendations under this arrangement.
All purchases remain subject to applicable NDIS and aged care funding guidelines and provider approval. A clinical recommendation does not guarantee funding eligibility.
