Magnesium spray penetrates the skin therefore the best time to spray is when skin is nice and clean, optimally best after showering and exfoliating. This being because the more dead skin cells the thicker the layer resulting in a delay in absorption. 

~If this is your first time using topical/transdermal Magnesium spray we suggest you begin in small amounts to lower body first as an introductory.
Spray 2-3 times to the feet and calf muscles, rub it in! Do this daily and watch the magic unfold by the end of the week!

Ongoing use

~Spray 4-5 times to affected area and rub it in.

~Spray 3-4 times to bottom of feet, calf, thighs, abdomen, arms, shoulders and upper back for total relief before bedtime.
Repeat the process after a few hours if you require more relief during the night or if a cramp arises.

~For sciatica releif spray 3-4 times to lower back, glutes and thighs.

~For headaches spray 3-4 times to back of the neck and shoulder blades.

~For children 2 sprays to the feet and legs for first application.

For Gym goers, this is particularly beneficial before workout (especially weight training). Highly beneficial after workout to replenish lost minerals.
